What is NEX+?
NEX+ is a loyalty rewards and on-demand errand delivery platform available on iOS.
How do I earn points?
Points are credited automatically when you make purchases at participating merchants via NFC or QR scan.
How do I request an errand?
Open the app, tap Errands, describe your task, and we'll match you with a verified runner nearby.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app.

Privacy Policy

NexVoid, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the NEX+ mobile application and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including: name, email address, phone number, and date of birth for account registration; payment information processed securely by Stripe; identity verification documents for runner accounts processed by Stripe Identity; and communications sent to our support team.
We also collect information automatically, including: device identifiers, IP address, log data, location data (with your permission) for errand matching, usage data, and push notification tokens.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process loyalty point transactions and errand requests, facilitate payments and prevent fraud, send transactional and promotional notifications, improve the NEX+ experience, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers necessary to operate the app (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics, SMS/email delivery); participating merchants solely for crediting or redeeming loyalty points; runners with limited information necessary to complete your errand; law enforcement when required by law; and in connection with a business transfer or acquisition.
4. Location Data
We request precise location access only for the errand delivery feature. You can disable location access in your device Settings at any time, which will limit errand functionality.
5. Push Notifications
We send push notifications for order updates and loyalty point activity. Promotional notifications require your opt-in consent. You can manage preferences in the app or device Settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are permanently purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent for marketing; request a portable copy of your data; and opt out of data sharing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
8. Children's Privacy
NEX+ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us at [email protected] if you believe a child has provided us with personal information.
9. International Transfers
NEX+ is operated from the United States. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Security
We implement industry-standard measures including TLS encryption, encrypted storage, and access controls. No method of internet transmission is completely secure.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
